Secure architecture is a system property.

Security that emerges from structure — not applied on top of it.

Overview

Security emerges from correct architectural decisions sustained in operations.

Security controls added after the fact are inherently limited. They patch specific vulnerabilities while leaving the underlying structural problems intact. We design systems where security is an emergent property of correct architecture.

Principles

Security by Design

Threat modeling and security analysis happen during architecture, not after deployment. Attack surfaces are minimized at the design stage, where changes are cheapest.

Least Privilege by Default

Every component operates with exactly the permissions it needs. Overprivileged identities are an architectural smell. We eliminate them structurally.

Immutable Infrastructure

Systems that cannot be modified in place cannot be silently compromised in place. Immutability enforces auditability as a structural property.

Defense in Depth

Layered controls at every tier. No single control is a single point of failure. Compromise of one layer does not imply compromise of the system.
